Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. MEMBERSHIP PRIVACY POLICY
What information do we collect?
When you sign up for a membership with Priority1Fitness you are required to sign a contract which asks you to fill in your personal information. Examples include but are not limited to a name, photo, email address, bank details, medical information, or a computer IP address. These are collected alongside with your payment details (card details).
Upon signing up for a membership you are required to fill in a PAR-Q for health and safety reasons and this is stored for a period of 5 years.
Priority1Fitness stores your email address and use it to keep you up to date with our latest news and promotions if you agree to receive it.
The reason we collect this data is to be able to provide you with the membership services and to collect monthly payments.
Who have access to your data?
Only staff at Priority1Fitness and ClubRight membership management has any access to your data. The reason for that is to provide you with the service you are signed up for with us.
You have the right at any time to:
access your data, you can request to view your data at any time
rectification: if your data is incorrect or incomplete
be forgotten: you can request a removal of your data in specific circumstances (e.g. end of your membership). Priority1Fitness will delete you from members. Data will still be subject to 7 years contract terms
restrict processing: under certain circumstances, you can block the processing of your personal data. If you request to restrict the processing of your personal data, your data no longer will be processed. Information will still be held up to the contract terms
data portability: you can get your data for your own use anywhere you like. Priority1Fitness can export this data for our own members
object: you can object to the use of your personal data for most purposes. In this case, your data will no longer be used for any purpose however it might still be accessible dependant on the nature of the request
